Events, Closings & Reminders

Good Friday – April 18th
Village Hall will be closed on Friday, April 18th in observance of Good Friday. There will be no yard waste pick-ups on that day.

Garlic Mustard Pull – April 19th
Our annual Garlic Mustard Eradication Event will be held Saturday, April 19th, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Forest Ridge Preserve on Chagrin River Road. If you’re interested in participating, please meet in the Forest Ridge parking lot at 9am and don’t forget to bring gardening gloves and protective gear for sun.

Chipping Week – April 21st through April 25th
Please make sure your materials are placed curbside the weekend prior to the scheduled pick up date and are bundled & tied with the branches cut no longer than 4 feet in length. No logs or tree stumps, please. The Service Department will work their way through the Village throughout the week, weather permitting.

Household Hazardous Waste drop off – April 21st through May 2nd
Drop off any hazardous waste materials at the noted locations at Village Hall between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Greening the Hills – May 3rd
