Ordinances & Resolutions

The following Ordinances & Resolutions were passed in August:

Ordinance 2015-65 – authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement with City of Pepper Pike for shared building department services. Both communities will share the services of one full-time certified building official and one full-time building inspector.

Ordinance 2015-66 – authorizes the Mayor to purchase a 2015 Jeep Patriot vehicle through the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services Cooperative Purchasing Program for an amount not to exceed $19,686.50, for the Building Department.

Ordinance 2015-67 – a monthly financial housekeeping item.
